These general terms and conditions affect all transactions, contracts and offers, as well as the services that come about between face factory (FF) and the customer.
For example, he performs his service to the best of his knowledge and belief on the customer.
Appointments with FF are binding. Name, first name, address, telephone number are required to make an appointment. By making an appointment, the conditions contained here are accepted. If a cancellation or postponement of a confirmed appointment is necessary, the customer must notify this in good time and as soon as possible, but at least 48 hours before the appointment.
We assign appointments by appointment. Short-term postponements, appearing too late or failing to meet the deadline without unsubscribing is subject to a charge. In the cases mentioned, the costs incurred are calculated as follows (% share of the agreement)
- 0% for cancellations or postponements up to 48 hours before the agreed date.
- 50% for cancellations or postponements up to 24 hours before the agreed date.
- 80% in the event of cancellation or postponement within 24 hours the day before at shop opening hours.
- 100% in the event of cancellation or postponement on the same day or no-show.
This compensation does not entitle to the purchase of service or material, but constitutes an expense compensation.
The customer must pay immediately after the treatment.
Payment is made by cash, creditcard, Twint App, or bank transfer in advance.
